Description
As your massage therapist, it is my goal to treat & relieve muscular pain/dysfunction from postural ailments and injury, and in return help reduce emotional stress & physical discomforts. I integrate a variety of modalities into my treatment such as deep tissue, cupping, myofascial release, Cyriax friction, trigger point work & stretching. I am also trained in TMJ, prenatal & Reiki. I am a believer in adequate home care, and will take the time to teach clients exercises & stretches to do on their own time. I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself - I am here to assist in the process.
