My name is Lindsay and I was born and raised in Calgary, AB. I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for 12 years. My focus in mypractice is pain management and mobility. Not only have I completed a 2200 hour certification program, I have also had the opportunity to be an instructor of the program to students for the last 3 years. This has greatly helped me to deepen and expand my skills as a massage therapist. I practice deep tissue, relaxation, hot bamboo fusion, myofascial release, MET techniques, sport massage, reiki, cupping and aromatherapy.
