Kat believes in the power of a body that feels safe. Her approach is one of curiosity & compassion. Her personal experience with chronic pain & trauma led her to teaching Myofascial Yoga Therapy, then onwards to practice Massage Therapy.

She incorporates the nervous system’s state into treatments, in order to remind the body of its inherent draw towards wholeness. No matter what you might be dealing with in life, Kat offers a place to land & breathe deeply. All her treatments are Client led and Trauma Informed. She cultivates safety in the treatment room as well as in the tissues she treats
