Mike North is a Registered Massage Therapist with 15 years experience. Mike graduated with a 3-year advanced diploma from Sir Sanford Fleming College where he took a high interest in improving soft tissue health and balance through massage therapy, stretching and resistance training. His practice often includes direct fascial and trigger point therapy to help relieve client’s pain and improve mobility.
