Tammy is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Tammy’s treatment style offers a balance of therapeutic, relaxing and restorative techniques. She offers deep tissue massage, myofascial release, relaxation and has experience working with a variety of injuries and and conditions. Tammy is passionate about the beneficial effects of massage therapy for a person’s physical and emotional well being. By working together with clients, she creates a safe therapeutic relationship focused on education and preventative and rehabilitative massage treatments.
