A graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in downtown Vancouver, Garrett has over 550 clinical experience hours as an RMT in training and a comprehensive treatment background working with athletes, the elderly, sports injuries or whiplash injuries, post-partum mothers, and people with chronic pain. Garrett’s treatment approach involves multiple techniques, including; Deep Tissue Release, Relaxing Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, and Proprioceptive Facilitation.
