Richard is a graduate from the University of Toronto who earned his Bachelors in Science with a specialist in biotechnology. However, after discovering the power of manual therapy he quickly jumped on board the path to personalizing one-on-one care, with a degree in massage therapy.

He sees massage as more than a place to unwind and relax, but more as therapy that can get you back to doing what you love in a functional and pain-free manner. He involves a multitude of manual therapy techniques, contemporary medical acupuncture and exercise therapy in his personalized treatments.
