TMJ Dysfunction • Myofascial Disorders • Post Surgical Having been a gymnast, Cross-Fitter, snowboarder, and hiker, Kelly saw first-hand the benefits of massage therapy while rehabbing from sports injuries and accidents. Her diverse life experience working as an international flight attendant and 911 operator has also given her great perspective, directing her into a field where she aims to make a hands-on personal impact on people’s lives. Kelly combines myofascial release, PNF stretching, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage and Swedish techniques to help you reach your goals!

Fairly new to massage, Kelly spent time to understand what issues I was having and then provided a treatment that would address theses concerns. She listened. Then treated targeting the problem areas !!
