Having grown up on Vancouver Island, I am excited to be growing my practice in Victoria. I have always been interested in the complexities of health and aim to treat in a multifaceted approach. With that I hope to create a personalized treatment to address all your concerns. I work with a combination of fascial, deep tissue, relaxation and trigger point release techniques.
