Growing up in Northern BC, Tamika developed appreciation for outdoors, travel, and human connection. During high school, she was a sailing instructor at a teen camp, developing communication, patience, and empathy skills paramount in her career as a Registered Massage Therapist. In 2022, Tamika graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, expanding her knowledge of therapeutic massage in health and recovery. Her evidence-based approach addresses root causes of discomfort, supporting clients in achieving balanced lives.
