Having wanted to become a massage therapist since she was young, she is excited to begin her career at Vernon Active Health and is looking forward to meeting new clients to help improve their daily living. A session with Mykha may include a combination of different techniques such as, Soft Tissue Release, Joint Mobilizations, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy.
