Thomas is a Registered Massage Therapist, Fascial Stretch Therapist and Personal Trainer who likes to integrate all three into his treatments. Growing up playing competitive hockey and soccer, he has dealt with his fair share of injuries and knows how it can affect your everyday life. Thomas is determined to help those dealing with chronic pain as well as acute injuries, and loves seeing his clients heal up and become stronger. Using a versatile toolbox of soft tissue techniques, stretching and strengthening exercises he can help you achieve amazing results.
