Description
Aislinn's decision to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) was driven by always wanting to help people and make a difference in their lives. Aislinn graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2017 where she learned general Swedish massage, and also treatment specific techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, manual lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy and relaxation. Aislinn enjoys sharing the benefits of massage therapy with others, whether it be restorative and rehabilitative, or more stress relieving in nature.
