Trisha is diligent with assessing her client’s needs in order to deliver therapeutic treatments to improve each individual’s quality of life by reducing pain, muscular tension, and stress through the use of therapeutic massage.  She will use assessment, palpation, and special tests to create a treatment plan that is designed around your specific injury or condition. She has special training in using hot stones. Trisha is a wife, mother of four, and recently welcomed her first grandchild. She enjoys spending time walking the sea wall with her dog, and exploring all that BC has to offer.
