Stephanie is a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about massage therapy and considers massage with home care exercises to be an important part of maintaining good health. Stephanie prefers to work slow and steady with swedish massage, myofascial release, and compression techniques to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.  Uncostomarily in the practice of Massage Therapy, Stephanie also has extensive knowledge and experience in treating temporomandibular (TMJ) pathologies.  Stephanie provides craniosacral therapy as well.
