Heather is a born and raised Calgarian that began her massage career in 1994 after completing her training at Mount Royal College, now University. Heather transferred into the massage program after completing 3 years of Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy at Mount Royal and realized her passion was in manual therapy. She has always been curious and drawn toward learning more about the human body and has continued to take advanced education in Myofascial cupping, Active Isolated Stretching, NKT, Pilates, Functional Medicine Health Coaching, and more.
