Practicing since 2015, Elizabeth joins Under Pressure Wellness Clinic after taking time away to become a mama. A firm believer in working together with her clients to develop their wellness plan, she is dedicated to addressing individuals unique needs and helping people reach their health goals. In addition to your massage, she will encourage you to enhance its benefits by providing simple stretching and strengthening exercises which can easily be incorporated into your daily routine. Elizabeth has additional training in Indie Head Massage and Cupping.
