Jessica graduated in 2016 from Sutherland- Chan School. Over the years she has gained experience working with people who have varying conditions such as chronic pain, injuries and stress. Jessica is also working to further her skills, to better serve the community. Whether it be facilitating the process of healing from a musculoskeletal injury, helping you achieve your goals of increasing function, managing acute and chronic pain, or to simply let your body and mind rest; the basis of all her treatments is to meet the needs of each individual person and their particular massage goals safely.
