Description
Anastasia graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in 1997 and has been a member of good standing with the CMTO ever since. She has been applying her skills for the last 21 years and as a massage therapist, and offers relaxation-based treatments, Deep tissue treatments, Active-release technique, Hot Stone Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Sport massage, and Prenatal & Postnatal massage. She loves to blend a variety of techniques to bring relief from discomfort and to foster relaxation and healing. Anastasia also completed her 3 levels of Reiki certification during her Massage Therapy training.
