I am a registered massage therapist located in Nanaimo, B.C. I have experience in a variety of different areas of massage therapy services. My goal is to create a comfortable space within massage therapy where you can relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life. My massage therapy approach is grounded in mindfulness, and I invite you to listen to your body and recognize the feelings that come up during our sessions. Through massage therapy, I want to empower you to take care of yourself and to make self-care part of your daily life.
