Description

Graduate of CITCM’s orthopedic massage program and trained in shockwave therapy (AIRPWT certificate). I received my Acupuncture license in July 2024 and cannot wait to use the knowledge she has learnt. I am passionate about treating sports, postural and repetitive strain related injuries. I enjoy helping clients reduce pain and get back to their natural range of motion.  I use postural and orthopedic assessment techniques to determine the cause of injury and plan an effective treatment. 

In my free time I enjoy being outdoors with my dog, spending quality time with friends and movie nights.
