- I graduated with honors from M.H. Vicars School of Massage Therapy in June 2013 with 2200 hours of training. I learned a variety of techniques including relaxation massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, deep tissue, prenatal and joint mobilizations. I completed my formal practicum in June of 2013 at True Touch Massage Therapy and Fitness.
