Description

I attended Alberta college of massage therapy and obtained my 2200 hour massage therapy diploma in June of 2019. I am currently trained in therapeutic/deep tissue massage, Swedish relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching, joint mobilizations and assessing the body through its ranges of motions and special tests. Since school I have taken extra training in myofascial cupping and hot stone massage which are greatly paired with a massage treatment.

Summary

We offer a variety of massage therapy modalities with 12 different Registered Massage Therapists as well as Private Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes.
