I graduated from Makami College with 2200 hr diploma. I've learnt various techniques such as relaxation massage, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, hot stone massage and many more. Over the past year I've seen and learnt what massage can do for a person and the true benefits that can be achieved.

We offer a variety of massage therapy modalities with 12 different Registered Massage Therapists as well as Private Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes.
