For treatment of sports & everyday repetitive strain injuries: -hands-on myofascial release technique isolates specific muscles for treatment -Athletic/functional taping for stabilization of pain/movement -Instrument fascial scraping technique decrease adhesion/tens -Functional Movement Technique screens abnormal movements For hip & knee arthritis: -GLAD training, management of osteoarthritis endorsed by Canadian Orthopaedic Foundation I have special interest in working with pre/postnatal & TMJ dysfunction patients. I am also a certified Personal Trainer & a Certified Holistic Nutritionist.

Summary
We provide services in our office which has 3 treatment rooms and a gym area for supervised exercises. All our therapists take pride in their respective disciplines, and are compassionate about what we do. Unlike many other rehab clinics, we do not delegate services to assistants, especially for chiropractic or physiotherapy. We also do not rush you in and out - all our licensed therapists provide one-on-one time with you in 30/45/60 min or longer increments.
