Description
I have been a massage therapist for the past two years. I find it rewarding and fulfilling to be able to help individuals through their health journey. I am honoured to be a part of a client’s healing process from the various stages and hardships in life. To me, wellness is having self-love. I believe it is important to put your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing first. This can be tricky as we instinctively want to put others first, but to truly take care of others we must start by taking care of ourselves.
