Karen Fleming
- Massage Therapist
Description
I use a combination of techniques including Muscle Energy , Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, Stecco's Fascial Manipulation & Visceral Manipulation. Recently I reviewed my clinical assessment reasoning and find that I am better able to hone in on problems. To "Listen" better to bodies and what they need to heal. My yoga training and practice filters through my massage therapy practice, where I encourage clients to "Breathe" into their body. With these techniques & ideas I hope to help clients by facilitating opening into a new way of living, with space, ease & lightness in their body.

Trikinetic Massage Therapy

Summary
Trikinetic is a Massage Therapy Clinic that has been serving East Van since 1993. We employ 8 unique Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) who have a combined experience of over 100 years. We have recently moved into a beautiful, new, slightly larger and brighter space on Commercial Dr @ B'way. We are open 6 days a week, 10 hours a day, so we can usually accommodate people for their treatments either before or after work, or on their days off. We are here to facilitate your healing journey using touch & therapeutic massage techniques. We want to support you . . . . body, mind and spirit.
