Description
Po’s patients have enjoyed the various massage styles she has to offer; Thai yoga massage, sports massage, deep tissue, reflexology, aromatherapy, and therapeutic massage. Po has been committed to the health services field for ten years since she became an RMT. Po also completed her CanFit Pro certification for personal training and is certified in a kinesio-taping, cupping (fascia release technique) and Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) levels one and two. Po likes to help others, while also smiling. She says it makes her younger and happier.
