My journey from National Team Athlete and Olympic Coach to now has provided me a unique understanding of the body's potential. I see massage therapy as the bridge between healing and peak performance. I've worked with individuals of all ages and levels of athleticism, from teens to Olympians. What sets my practice apart is my integrated approach. I see the body as an interconnected system with many factors affecting our ability to function. So I keep my goal as simple as possible: to help you feel as good and happy as possible, so you can do more of what you love.
