From being a National Team Athlete and Olympic Coach this has provided me a unique understanding of the body's potential. I spent 7 years on Team Canada in Skeleton (going down an ice slide on a glorified lunch-tray at speeds 140 km/hr+). Over the last 17 years as an athlete, coach, and trainer, I've been immersed in the world of human anatomy, physiology, performance, and injury.

What sets my practice apart is my integrated approach. I see the body as an interconnected system with many factors affecting our ability to function. My goal is simple: help you feel as good/happy as possible.
