In my practice, I am always trying to combine what I learned from western massage essence, with Chinese massage wisdom such as whole-body balance principle, to help my clients get better. I practice Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, muscle energy, joint mobilizations, passive & active muscle stretching, hydro therapy and deep tissue therapy.
