Vindra is a 2019 graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and has been involved in the clinical setting for 7 year. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Apart from Swedish massage, Vindra uses a several variations of different techniques such as fascial release, joint mobilization and traction to restore function and mobility. She carries out a substantial amount treatment based massages, while continuing to provide a relaxing environment for her clients.
