Description

Laura previously worked in mental health research and disability, having completed a master’s in psychiatric research in her 20s. She is interested in exploring the intersection between the experience of physical pain and stored emotions/trauma in the body. She believes that massage is a wonderful somatic therapy to dive deeper and release long-standing emotional tension.

Laura uses a combination of myofascial release, instrument-assisted tissue mobilizations, trigger point release, stretching and swedish massage techniques to help her patients heal and regain functional mobility when needed.

Summary

We are a multidisciplinary clinic offering services such as: Registered Massage Therapy, Chiropractic,  Naturopathic, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy and Registered Clinical Counselling.
