Description
Alison is a trauma-informed RMT passionate about embodiment, dance, Somatic Experiencing, and massage therapy as avenues to support and empower the whole body, to regulate the nervous system, and to replace pain and stress with a sense of capacity and relief. Alison received her massage therapy training from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, and is currently training with the Somatic Experiencing Institute. Previously, she attended Pacific Rim College’s bodywork/Qi Gong program, and studied psychology and sociology at Selkirk College and Camosun College.
