My proficiency is Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobilization, trigger point release, cupping therapy and Maderotherapy treatments. I’m also a Certified Fitness Instructor.

Combining my love to fitness, massage therapy and health I paved the way to merge both fields of study and embrace the best of both worlds.
