Sharon Latchmana is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and has been working as a massage therapist for the last 2.5 years. Sharon has been trained in a variety of techniques including deep tissue, trigger point release, joint mobilization, passive stretch, and fascial release. Sharon likes to incorporate a relaxation style of massage while treating trigger points and tension areas. Her treatment goal is to allow her clients to return to their day-to-day activities without feeling constant pain and discomfort.
