Shannon graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Brock University before attending the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy to earn her Massage Therapy diploma. Since 2009 she has worked as an RMT in a clinic setting, helping many people with the prevention and recovery of their sports injuries and work related aches and pains. Shannon believes that it is important to find and treat the source of peoples’ pain through hands on therapy, exercise and education. She has also worked at many sporting and corporate events providing post-game massages and at-work massages.
