Melissa Antonio began her post-secondary education by graduating from CDI College as a Physiotherapy Assistant. After working at Scarborough Grace Hospital division for several years, she decided to broaden her education and pursue personal training. While working as a personal trainer, Melissa graduated from Centennial College in the Massage Therapy Advanced Diploma Program. Melissa has been practicing massage therapy for over 7 years and her considerable experience has spanned working with infants to high-performance athletes
