I offer both massage and RAPID NFR to help get you out of pain and back to the activities you love. My assessment includes testing and learning about your lifestyle, habits, and goals. With RAPID, each session is a combination of examination and treatment. It is a movement based therapeutic technique that addresses the nervous system's role in alleviating pain, tension, and restriction. With massage, I use modalities and techniques to increase mobility and manage pain. Whichever type you book in for, know you're in good hands. I am here to support, educate, and empower you in health.

I couldn't lift my arm very high without pain. Carly did a RAPID massage treatment and my mobility increased quite a lot and the pain decreased. I'm looking forward to my next treatment.
