I am an osteopathic manual therapist, registered massage therapist, agape spiritual healer and student of counselling hypnotherapy with special interest in autonomic nervous system regulation, deep fascia work, and emotional empowerment. I utilize Myofascial release, Cranial manipulation, Visceral manipulation, Grade IV joint mobilizations, Therapeutic massage, Tui Na, Fire Cupping, Hydrotherapy, and Aromatherapy within my practice.
