Description
I grew up a very shy kid. Structured activities like sports really help me grow out my shell. I liked the simplicity of sports and I appreciated the formula of how showing up and working hard added up to getting better. In university I swam with the varsity team. Eventually being unable settle on one thing I found triathlons. Recently I have discovered kayaking as a relaxing and challenging way to see nature. My passion for being active has pushed me to accomplish 3 Ironman triathlons, hike the Inca trail and try anything once if it means I move. I am forever grateful that I have that ability.
