Lindsey is a fireball of energy. You will understand once you meet her and FEEL (literally) her positive vibes. Her passion for teaching and coaching self-care, ideal posture and body awareness is obvious to see. To her, it doesn’t matter whether you are a high-performance athlete or your average Joe, stress is something we all deal with in our day-to-day life. As a result, these stresses will show up in our body. She is here to release that stress from your muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, etc., so YOU have the ability to MOVE better without restriction, discomfort, or pain.
