With 4 years of experience Amanda likes to work with clients that have day-to-day aches and pains in the process of discovering their bodies. She is passionate about doing mobility and flexibility work to help with any movement restrictions within the tissues. Amanda enjoys giving exercises as part of the body discovery journey that aim to work on re-establishing movement patterns and improving lifestyle.
