Description
Raj graduated from The Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2022. She also has her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. Raj’s athletic background has contributed to her desire to help treat people and to better understand their bodies to take care of themselves, which lead her to becoming a Massage Therapist. Raj utilizes different techniques including Swedish, Joint Mobilizations, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Stretching. Her goal is to help decrease pain, regain muscle function and increase relaxation to help clients live pain free lives.
