She is trained in various forms of massage such as pre and post natal massage, Trigger Point Therapy as well as Cupping Therapy and IMM Technique (Integrated Myofascial Release and Muscle Energy Technique). She believes it is important to integrate various elements into each treatment to help achieve individual goals, that might include alleviating pain, increasing range of motion or preventing injury.
