Description
I graduated from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2014 and have since then established my practice in midtown Toronto. I currently work as a Professor at Humber College in the massage therapy program, and I previously worked at Sutherland-Chan as an instructor. Prior to studying massage therapy, I received my B. Sc. with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. My practice is focused on promoting wellness and active living with the goal of helping my patients maintain and improve in their overall health.

The Growth & Wellness Therapy Centre was launched in 2019 with the idea of bringing on a group of therapists to create a broader supportive community for both clients and therapists focused on two major components: continued personal growth, and maintenance of individual and family wellness.
