Description
Over 20 years of experience as a Registered massage therapist . I use traditional massage techniques combined with clinical somatics to identify areas of unconscious tension and to learn to release tension with gentle, slow movement. Myofascial, deep tissue, joint mobilization techniques, trigger point therapy and neuromuscular techniques are commonly used to encourage balance in all systems of the body.
