Selena believes in massage for its ability to both prevent and treat conditions related to stress and injury. In addition to hands on techniques, Selena uses cupping, active and passive stretching, joint mobilizations and hydrotherapy in her treatments. She will provide you with simple and easy recommendations to continue your treatment at home. Selena is trained in myofascial deep tissue, prenatal, relaxation, manual lymphatic drainage, orthopedic assessment and has a special interest in TMJ extra/intra oral massage.
