The Cove Sports Recovery provides recovery services such as Cold and Hot baths (Contrast Therapy), access to an onsite Physiotherapist, Normatec Compression suits, recovery stretching, pre-hab equipment and Theragun to prevent the very thought of “How am I going to get out of bed tomorrow.” The Cove Sport’s Recovery has been built out of a passion; that there should be no limitations to anyone’s movement potential if they have the opportunity to recover properly.
