A graduate of Sutherland-Chan, Sahra’s science-minded focus on healthy lifestyle, pain management and fitness is found in her treatments which are tailored to the individual needs of each of her clients. Whether offering a relaxing Swedish massage, or a more rigorous deep tissue/sports treatment, her keen interest in athletics such as rock climbing, cycling, yoga, and HIIT, as well as her professional-level abilities as a violinist and harpist, supports a deeper and more intuitive approach to therapeutic healing in discerning her clients’ diverse health concerns.
